The AI front desk for salons

Your salon, handled.

SalonSquad is a team of AI assistants that answers your DMs and calls, books clients into Square, fills cancellations, posts your work and brings regulars back. You approve what matters from your phone, between clients.

Why we built it

Before SalonSquad, we taught salon owners how to market themselves with the AI tools that are out there. They learned fast. And at the end, they all said the same thing: “That’s still a lot of work, and I don’t have the time.”

The tools were powerful, but someone still had to sit down and use them every day. So we built the team that does it for them.

A day with the squad

Drag through Tasha’s Friday.

Tasha owns a loc studio in Coral Springs. She was behind the chair from 9 to 6. Here is everything her squad did around her.

What it does

The whole front desk, without the front desk.

Every feature is built around one rule: you do the hair, the squad does the rest, and nothing important happens without you knowing.

Built for every chair

From the home studio to the flagship.

Braiders, loc specialists, barbers, colorists, extension artists and luxury salons. Your squad learns your services, your prices and the way you talk.

Nothing but the truth

Every number is real.

Your Monday recap only counts bookings it can find in Square, and shows you each one. Anything estimated says so. No vanity metrics, no inflated wins.

The Circle

Salons lifting salons.

A private network of real salons that share what works, with results pulled from Square, and send each other clients they can't serve. No likes. No followers. No fake numbers.

Find a salon

Is your salon already here?

We're building a page for every salon in South Florida. Claim yours free, add your prices and photos, and let clients book with your assistant.

How it works

Live in one sitting.

About twenty minutes, mostly confirming what we already found. Then the squad starts in practice mode, drafting everything for your OK, until you're ready to let it do more.

01

Find your salon

We pull your services, hours and links from Google, Square and your website. You fix anything wrong.

02

Connect and name

Connect Square, Instagram and Google. Name your assistant and pick her voice.

03

Approve, then relax

Start with everything as a draft. Turn on "go ahead" job by job as you trust it.

Questions

The honest answers.

More in the FAQ, or ask Nia.

Will my clients know they're talking to AI?
Yes, always. Your assistant introduces herself as your assistant on every channel and every call. It's the law in some states and it's simply honest. Clients care far more that they got a fast, correct answer.
What if it says something wrong?
It only quotes prices, policies and openings you've confirmed, and it starts in practice mode where you approve every reply. Anything sensitive, like color corrections, complaints or prices outside your range, always comes to you.
Do I need Square?
Square is our first booking system and gives the squad the most to work with. Booking straight onto your calendar needs Square Appointments Plus or Premium; on the free plan your assistant sends your booking link instead. Vagaro, GlossGenius and Booksy are on the roadmap.
How long does setup take?
About twenty minutes for most salons, plus an optional setup call with a real person who'll add the chat button to your website for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. You keep your data and can export it any time.

Let the squad take the front desk.
