Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SalonSquad. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The service

SalonSquad provides AI assistants that act on your behalf on the channels you connect, within the permissions you set.

2. Your responsibilities

Keep your services, prices and policies accurate; follow the rules of connected platforms; get any client consents your business requires; and review the squad’s work at the level of independence you choose.

3. AI disclosure

Your assistants identify themselves as assistants. You agree not to remove or disguise that disclosure.

4. Billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly after any free trial. Platform pass-through costs are billed at cost. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable use

No spam, harassment, deceptive messaging, or use that violates the rules of Meta, Google, Square, carriers or other connected platforms.

6. Liability

SalonSquad is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

7. Changes

We’ll notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
