The six-week rebook: why regulars drift and how to keep them
Most regulars don’t leave. They just forget. A timely nudge fixes it.

Retwists, silk presses, cuts and color all run on a rhythm. When a client who usually comes every six weeks hits week ten, she hasn’t necessarily left you; life got busy. The fix is a timely, personal nudge.
Know each client’s rhythm
Your booking history already knows it. A client who books every four weeks needs a different nudge than one who books every eight.
Offer real times
“Want to book?” creates work. “Saturday at 9 or Tuesday at 10?” takes one word to answer.
Follow up once, then stop
One gentle follow-up is helpful. Three is spam.
Don’t lead with discounts
Most regulars don’t need a coupon to come back, just a reminder. Save offers for clients who truly drifted.
